Pizza recipes? I buy pizza dough from a local supermarket near my house, but I always make the traditional sauce, cheese and pepperoni pizza. Does anyone know of any good pizza recipes I could use to mix it up a bit? Perhaps with different sauces or toppings?

What are some really good pizza recipes (toppings)? I have a great pizza crust recipe, so I don't need any pizza crust recipes. I am interested in what you put on top of your pizza? and in what order? and what are your favorite toppings and combinations? Okay, here is my crust recipe. It makes crust for 2-3 pizzas. 1 1/8 cup warm water, disolve 1 tsp - 1 tbls sugar in it and add 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast. Let it sit for at LEAST 5 minutes, maybe 10. Add 3 cups plus 2 tablespoons bread flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning, crushed between your fingers as you add it and 1 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt. I put mine in my bread machine on the dough cycle. Let it sit a little bit when done, than move it to a covered lightly oiled bowl - let it rise again. I cook mine my a cast iron skillet. Brush the skillet with oil and dust with garlic powder and pepper ( I have a six pepper blend I use). Use an amount of dough based on your crust preference - spread out with your hands and fingures not quite all the way to the end. Let rise again for 20-30 minutes, now spead out to the edge and make a crust. Top with your favorite toppings - bake at 400-450 (preheated) degrees for 13-15 minutes on the middle shelf. Turn to broil for 2 minutes

Pizza Recipes? Kid Friendly? Hey, I babysit three boys over the summer, and I want to make a pizza with them. I will buy prepared sauce, and dough. It will be a regular cheese pizza. I just need recipes though, like how long to bake the pizza, season the crust, and what to bake it out. Also, is it ok to make it on a cookie sheet because they don't and I don't own a pizza tray?
